Dubai Rent to go up (again!)

Dubai, UAE According to a Kuwaiti based analyst (as mentioned by Dubai Eye today morning) Dubai rent will continue to rise in the next 2 years before a sharp correction in 2008. Short supply of housing units was mentioned as the main reason why rent will continue to rise. The short supply was due to delays in completing on-going projects. However, the situation will be reversed when thousands of units will be ready in 2008.
