Dubai, UAE Malaysia's Abdullah Al Mukhlis Abdul Aziz's grand performance few nights back was not enough to put him into the Top 9 in the just concluded Dubai International Holy Quraan Awards (DIHQA) event. Libya's Hafidz bagged the top prize of Dhs.250,000! (second time in three years a Hafidz from Libya taking the top spot). The closing ceremony was held at the Dubai World Trade Center.
