CYCLONE GONU: Fujairah Hit!

LATEST Fujairah, UAE A source from Emirates Today reported (around 9:15pm a while ago) that Le Meridien Al Aqah guests have been evacuated. Several villages in Khorfakan were also evacuated. Oceanic Hotel was flooded (water level at the ground floor as high as the waist).

According to the ET correspondent, the Civil Defense team responded very timely and have the situation under control. However, he added the situation might turn bad tomorrow.
