You can now avail the service from Sawa'aed. Emirates Today revealed that for a fee of Dhs.1,500 per month one can employ a full time live in house maid. No worries, no more dealing with Labor or Health Ministries.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "The world is green and beautiful and God has appointed you as His stewards over it. He sees how you acquit yourselves..." (Muslim).
Allah tells us in numerous verses of the Quran, that He has created everything on Earth—animals, rain, plants, oceans, stars, the sun, the moon—for the benefit of humans. With these favours comes the role of Khalifah, or guardianship. The Quran tells us,
“He it is Who has placed you as viceroys of the earth and has exalted some of you in rank above others, that He may try you by (the test of) that which He has given you” (6:165).
Today the planet is in a mess. Deforestation, desertification, water pollution, air pollution, soil erosion, extinction of species and the dwindling of resources indicate that humans are not fulfilling their role of Khalifah adequately. What can we do to fulfill our responsibility to protect the Earth? Here are seven small, but effective steps each of us can take to begin the process:

Dubai Summer Suprise's (DSS) 10th edition is set to kick off today with lots of activities (and cash money to win)! Dubbed as the best edition ever, DSS this year will see all of its 10 suprises run through simutaneously till August 31.
The grand opening of the 72 days event will take place at Dubai airport exhibition center (Modesh Fun City). With a whopping Dhs.2 million budget (for the opening ceremony), DSS is surely to start with the biggest bang!

Nizalman (Nizal) semalam selamat menjalani pembedahan d Welcare Hospital, Dubai. Beliau yang sering mengadu sakit d bahagian pinggang akhirnya menjalani pembedahan yang memakan masa lebih kurang 3 jam (bermula jam 6 pagi semalam).
Ini merupakan pembedahan kedua beliau sejak berada d Dubai.
Ketika dtemui d hospital semalam, beliau berkata setelah sekian lama menerima medikasi dan beberapa peperiksaan yang djalankan (beberapa kali d scan dan d xray), doktor menemui punca kesakitan sebenar - batu karang!
Welcare Hospital akan membekalkan beliau dvd pembedahan semalam sebagai "kenangan". Nizal djangkan akan keluar dari hospital hari ini.
Masih ingat kisah dulu-dulu, superhero Badang? Anak kampung yang mendapat kuasa ajaib bilamana menangkap pencuri ikannya.
Kartun Badang ini hasil kerja pelajar Multimedia Universiti. Mungkin bila dperantauan ini boleh juga ulangkaji bahasa dialek Pantai Timur!
Yesterday at the annual WWDC event, Apple previewed its soon to be launch OS, Mac OS X (a.k.a. Leopard). Full of new and flashy good stuff (more than 300 new innovations!): from the new desktop to the amazing finder and the brilliant Quick Look! BTW, the iphone will be using the same OS, the Mac OS X!
